Newell Brands recognizes that employees may need time off during times of loss. This policy explains when and how employees may request Bereavement Leave.

All U.S. employees

How to Request Leave

  • Notify your supervisor/local HR representative and obtain approval. Is it recommended that you ask your supervisor/local HR representative in advance of your time off what, if any, documentation you may need to provide upon your return to work.

  • Provide documentation upon request.
