For eligible mothers who give birth, 12 weeks of 100% paid leave will be available – 9 weeks for medical recovery and 3 weeks for baby bonding time.
For eligible non-birth parents and those who adopt, 3 weeks of 100% paid leave will be available for baby bonding time.
