Preventive Care: Covered at 100%! 

Preventive care focuses on establishing a baseline and maintaining good health. Regular checkups with your doctor can help uncover signs of potentially serious health concerns early on, before they become a major issue. 

Additionally, preventive care is fully covered under Newell Brands’ medical plans when you visit an in-network provider. To find participating doctors within the Anthem network, please visit anthem.com

Annual Physical Reward: Newell rewards your commitment to wellness! If you (and your enrolled spouse) complete an annual physical by December 31, you’ll qualify for the Annual Physical Reward, that’s $50 off your monthly medical premiums, totaling $600 per year. You’ll simply attest to your physical during Annual Enrollment. 

Flu Season Is Here – Vaccinate at Zero Cost! 

To protect yourself and those around you, get your flu shot! It's covered at 100% when administered at: 

  • An in-network provider’s office, as long as the provider participates in your Anthem medical plan 

  • CVS Pharmacy or other in-network pharmacies 

Important Reminder: 

  • Present your Anthem medical ID card when receiving your flu shot at an in-network provider’s office. 

  • Use your CVS Caremark card when getting your flu shot at CVS or any other in-network pharmacy. 

Stay healthy this season and make sure you're using the right card for a smooth experience!

  • Take a moment to review your current benefit elections to ensure they’ll continue to meet your needs in 2026 and don’t forget to confirm that you’ve designated a beneficiary where applicable.

  • Use the Alex comparison tool to learn more about each medical plan and find the one that best fits your needs.

Workplace Savings Update 

Roth In-Plan Conversion Now Available! 

As part of our commitment to helping you meet your workplace savings goals, we’ve added Roth In-Plan Conversion options to the Newell Brands Employee Savings Plan. 

This new feature complements the existing Roth 401(k) option, allowing you to: 

  • Convert eligible pre-tax savings to after-tax Roth dollars 

  • Potentially enjoy tax-free withdrawals in retirement
