Basic Life and AD&D Insurance

As a full-time employee, you are provided basic term life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment equal to one times your annual pay. This coverage is automatically provided to you by Newell Brands at no cost to you beginning your first day of employment. Learn more.

Supplemental Life Insurance*

You also have the opportunity to purchase additional life insurance coverage for yourself and your spouse and children.

Employee Life and AD&D Insurance

  • Employee Additional Life: 1-5x base pay up to $1M

  • Additional AD&D: 1 - 5x available

Spouse and Child Life Insurance

  • Spouse/Partner Life: $10,000 to $50,000 available

  • Child Life: $10,000 option
