What information will I need to enroll?

    You will need to have your dependent and beneficiary details available, including all dependent Social Security Numbers, during your enrollment session.

    If you are enrolling during annual enrollment (held each year in the fall) and you will participate in the Annual Physical Reward, you will need to provide your date of physical, doctor’s name, and doctor’s phone number during your enrollment session (and the same for your spouse if you cover your spouse in medical coverage).

    How to enroll:

    1. If you are registered, use your user name and password to log in.

    2. Once you’re logged in, the site will guide you through learning what's available and walk you through enrolling in your benefits.

    3. After you complete the enrollment steps and select or waive coverage for each available option, click Complete Enrollment at the bottom of the page, and make sure you get your confirmation.

    If you need to register first:

    Step 1: Go to WellAtNewell.com .

    Step 2: Click the “First Time User?” link in the Login box.

    Step 3: Enter your entire Social Security Number, Date of Birth, Zip Code, and the CAPTCHA code shown on the screen. Then click “Continue.”

    Step 4: Create a user ID, then re-enter it for validation. This will be your user ID to log into the website going forward. Enter your email address in both fields. Your mobile number is optional. Then click “Continue.”

    Step 5: You will be emailed a temporary password to the email address you provided. Enter this password into the next screen in the “Temporary Password” field. Create a new password and re-enter it for validation. Choose an image for you to verify upon login. Then click “Continue.”

    Step 6: You will be brought back to the login page at WellAtNewell.com . Enter your User ID and newly created password. Then click “Login.” Keep your user ID and password safe and remember it for accessing the website in the future.

    You can waive coverage during your enrollment session. However, if you waive coverage, you cannot add coverage later in the year, unless you experience a Qualified Life Event.

    However, please note any decisions you’ve made will not be saved in progress if you do not complete enrollment, so you may need to start over if you need to finish at a later time. You will know you’ve completed enrollment when you receive a confirmation number.
